Appointment Information
Services at WatersMeet are available by appointment. Call, e-mail, or use our online scheduling system to schedule an appointment. We recommend scheduling at least two weeks in advance to allow us to meet your scheduling preferences.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in our service fees, are solely at your discretion and are welcomed. 15%-20% is usual.

Our Cancellation Policy: We regret there will be a charge for failure to show up for an appointment or cancellation within 24 hours prior to an appointment, unless the appointment is filled.

Couples Massage Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling two appointments individually for a Couples Massage allows each person to select the type session they prefer.

Online Scheduling of Couples Massage: Please remember to schedule two therapists at the same time when self-scheduling a Couples appointment online. You will have the option of stating your preference for the Couples Room or separate rooms using the Special Instructions option.

Phone or e-mail Scheduling of Couples Massage: Please inform your scheduler you are scheduling a Couples session. Select the type of session for each person and please indicate if you would like the Couples Room or separate rooms.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates for services and products may be purchased online at www.nsmassagetherapy.com. Gift cards issued by Lutsen Resort will be accepted at WatersMeet Spa and Wellness Center.

Group Arrangements: Contact aspen@boreal.org to arrange a special day at WatersMeet Spa and Wellness Center for your group.
