Brad shares his thoughts on health, fitness and massage therapy. “We are all the director of our own lives. The quality of our health and fitness is primarily our own to decide. We can make lifestyle choices that allow us to lead healthier lives, use less or no medications and fit into the same size clothing in middle age that we wore when we were younger. My education has prepared me to help others improve their health and fitness and enjoy life with more energy. Massage therapy is a complement to a personal training program. It helps relieve muscle tension, aids in becoming more aware of one’s body and improves movement of blood and lymph. I am committed to helping others achieve their health and fitness goals.”
