“Massage Therapy is a tool that helps us gain insight about our bodies. The insight gained may cause us to adapt new and perhaps more healthful ways to use and care for our bodies.”

“Relaxation massage helps us shift to a slower pace, get in tune with our inner-self, feel a lessening of the weight of muscular discomfort and just drift for a while in a buoyant, timeless space.”
