Susan expresses her thoughts about relaxation massage: "It offers an invitation to enter the present moment which, for many of us, can be difficult. Relaxation helps us open ourselves to think more clearly, creatively and expansively; to face fears more courageously and feel more balanced and optimistic. To me, relaxation massage is self-care. It restores a centered perspective to our lives."
